Ozil is set to sign a new three year contract at Arsenal.
Ozil, 29, will agree on a new £350,000-a-week deal after months of negotiations between board and the Germany midfielder's representatives. say the deal is not yet signed but expect it to be announced and confirmed within the next few days.
The club boss Arsene Wenger said earlier this month he was confident that Ozil would re-sign and he would stay at the Emirates.
Mesut Ozil had been a free agent with his contract due to expire this summer which brought interest from Barcelona and Manchester United. Mesut
